The Vale Park DOJO will be training with a guest Instructor, Ash Sinclair, on Tuesday 4th November 2008, from 6.30pm
Ash Sinclair has been actively training in Martial Arts since 1985. He teaches a Mixed Martial Arts program, focusing only on those techniques that can be applied safely and effectively on the street. The training session will be held as part of the normal Vale Park DOJO class on the Tuesday, and is free to all Hudson DOJOs members (Magill, Croydon, Vale Park, Seacliff and Greenacres). The class is for members training in the adults class only.
Other Golden Knights members may attend, however, there is a $5 charge and bookings are essential. Please contact Sensei Renee to make a booking. Anyone attending the class will need to have a set of decent protectors. |
