Dale Evans PDF Print E-mail
Dale started studying Kin Bushi Ryu in July 2004 after watching his son train as part of the Kid Karate Program. He started assisting with the instruction at Aldgate at the end of 2004, and was promoted to Sempai in December 2005. Since then he has completed his Shodan (1st Dan) grading in December 2006 and Nidan (2nd Dan) grading in December 2008.

Dale has enjoyed not only the confidence and self-discipline that his training has brought him but also the increased physical strength, fitness, and flexibility. He works full-time as a High School Teacher (Music/Drama) and enjoys the evening sessions working with the Kids Karate program as well as training/instructing in the adult classes.

He looks forward to his continued involvement in the Golden Knights and developing not only his skills as a Martial Artist, but also as an Instructor. He lives in the Adelaide Hills with his wife and 2 children.

Dale believes that the study of Kin Bushi Ryu is open to anybody regardless of age or gender, and that all can benefit from such a positive experience.
